Tubiperl Silver

Tubiperl silver is our water based base paste for printing of pearlescent- or metallic effects. Printed pure you will get printing results with a silver pearlescent –optics. If you add our Colormatch- colour pigments you will create colourful prints with a shiny metallic effect.

This base is suited for following standards:

- OEKO-TEX Standard 100
- bluesign approved
- Inditex listed
- ZDHC

Tubiperl silver is our waterbased base paste for printing of pearlescent- or metallic effects. Printed pure you will get printing results with a silver pearlescent-optics. If you add our Colormatch- colourpigments you will create colourful prints with a shiny metallic effect. Both versions of our Tubiperl Silver can be printed in usual screen printing processes without any difficulties.

Prints done with Tubiperl Silver are covering, flexible and with brilliant shades. They do have a good fastness level, a soft handle and are ironable as well. Tubiperl Silver can be used in combination with a lot of common product qualities but best shiny results can be reached when printed on evenly surfaces.

Prints made with Tubiperl Silver are drying under normal room temperature conditions and are stackable after a short time. To get a good wash resistance, you should put dry heat on your textiles with temperatures from 130° C up to 160° C for 10-3 minutes. If these opportunities are not given you can use Tubassist Fix 104W as a cold fix. Good wash resistances can be reached then after storing under normal room temperature conditions for 3-4 days.

We recommend printing from 36- 43 mesh.

For the copy layer you should use an emulsion suitable for waterbased coloursystems.

All copy layer emulsions from our shop can be taken.

You can clean your screens with water, just make sure you do it immediately after the printing process.
