Due its water- and solvent resistance, "Fotecoat 1019" is our "all around-product" for screen printing. It is a fast, dual-cure Diazo photopolymer screen process emulsion with separated Diazo sensitizer powder specially for co-solvent ink systems (inks containing a combination of solvent and water). This copy layer has a short exposure time, is characterized for its purple colour and is environmentally friendly as it is bio-degradable. It guarantees best resolution and stencil edge sharpness. The ready-made stencil can be post-hardened by light to increase the resistance. You can get it in a container size of 1kg. Safety data sheet |
