aus der Kategoriebeschreibung: Printperfekt Lac FF is our waterbased, covering base paste, which is "GOTS"-zertified. Coloured with our Colormatch-pigments you will get a printpaste which is suitable for colourprinting on dark materials. This base paste is 100% free from formaldehydes, benzene and APEO. That’s why it is preferably suited for printing according to the requirements of ÖKO TEX 100 (product group 1) and GOTS (Global organic textile standard). Prints made with Printperfekt Lac FF are high covering and flexible with brilliant colour shades. They can be ironed and are sharp-contoured as well. The soft handle has nearly no influence on the character of your textiles. This so called "No-Dry" paste has an extremely long open time, so it is preferably for fine lines and detail works where other systems cause screenblockings. Tubiprint Retarder can be used as a drying retarder here. Prints with Printperfekt Lac FF are drying under normal room temperature conditions, the textiles are stackable after a short time. To dry your textile put dry heat with temperatures of 130-160 ° on them, if these opportunities are not given, Tubassist Fix 104W or Tubassist Fix 157W can be used as a cold fix with an addition of 2-3 %. We recommend printing from a 36-77 mesh. The copy should be done with an emulsion preferably for waterbased coloursystems. All copy layer emulsions from our shop are suitable for this base paste. Cleaning your screens with water is nearly no problem, just make sure you do it immediately after the printing process.
