Tubvinyl 270 FF is our waterbased, transparent base paste for printing on light coloured textiles.

This base is 100% free from formaldehyde and suited for following standards:

- OEKO-TEX Standard 100
- GOTS approved additive/dyestuff (ECOCERT Greenlife)
- bluesign approved
- Inditex listed
- ZDHC

Tubvinyl 270 FF is our waterbased, transparent base paste for printing on light coloured textiles. This base can be coloured with our Colormatch-pigments. Because of it`s high viscosity the ink film doesn`t sink into the fabric. Prints with Tubvinyl 270 FF reach brilliant colour shades and convince trough their light-and colour fastnesses. The prints do have a very good washability, they are very elastic with a soft handle as well.

Tubvinyl 270 FF is formaldehyde free. Therefore, the strict demands of various ecological labels such as e.g. "ÖKO TEX -standard 100 (product class 1) and GOTS can be fully met.

Prints with Tubvinyl 270 FF are drying under normal room temperature conditions, the textiles are stackable after a short time. To dry your textile put dry heat with temperatures of 130°-160° on them, if these opportunities are not given, Tubassist Fix 104 W  or Tubassist FIX 157 W can be used as a cold fix with an addition of 2-3 %.

For working on fine details, Tubiprint Retarder can be helpful as a drying retarder.

We recommend printing from a 43-77 mesh. If you want to print glitter- or metal pigments we recommend 24-43 mesh. It depends on the size of the pigments.

The copy should be done with an emulsion preferably for waterbased ink systems. All copy layer emulsions from our shop are suitable for this base paste.

Cleaning your screens with water is nearly no problem, just make sure you do it immediately after the printing process.

Originally Tubvinyl 235 SL is a dispersion adhesive with highest fastness level for motive- and surface flocking on textiles. That’s why Tubvinyl 235 SL is also the so called secret weapon for difficult textiles, for example synthetic materials. As an addition to our other base pastes Tubvinyl 235 SL can be helpful to improve the wash- and abrasion resistance.
